First there was Pope John, then Pope Paul, then Pope John Paul. How long must we wait until we have Pope John Paul George and Ringo?

First, we’ve got to get the Dave Clark V out of the Vatican. That no-talent garage band has been holed up there and won’t come out no matter what. The Swiss Guard has tried smoke bombs, tear gas and gentle prodding with their spears, but some people are absolutely certain they didn’t deserve the little success they enjoyed and so they won’t budge. Chad and Jeremy moved on, so did Herman’s Hermits, even the Monkees finally caved in. And, hey, have you ever noticed how much Pope John Paul looked like actor Peter Sellers? I’m not implying anything. It’s just an observation.
