Why do they sometimes refer to Frank Sinatra as the “Chairman of the Board”. What board is he the chairman of?

Old blue eyes is a charter member of Oceans Eleven, a confederacy of like minded party goers who dine, drink and make merry in exotic locales. One of their favorite fun spots is an abandoned gold mine in the Nevada desert. It’s a clothing optional environment, where the booze runs in rivers, surrounded by miles and miles of sagebrush and sand. Of course they can’t let just anybody join their little club, and that’s why the board of directors takes their job so seriously. Whether you’re a dissolute divorced dude or a dizzy dysfunctional dame, you only party with Frank and Company by personal invite. I’m still waiting for mine.
