What does Science have to say about this? <\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;- from Fresno Red of Keokuk IA<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: right;\">\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\" style=\"text-align: right;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"a2\" src=\"http:\/\/drscience.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/a2.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"25\" height=\"30\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;Science takes no stance when it comes to questions of &#8220;lifestyle.&#8221;  In high school I, too, experimented with thespianism, playing the part of the mad scientist in &#8220;Science Club Antics,&#8221;  one of those lightweight dramatic vehicles designed for the sophomoric (sort of like &#8220;E.R.&#8221;).  At the University, I took time from the lab to learn Polonius&#8217; lines in &#8220;Hamlet.&#8221;  That was my greatest stage triumph.  Unfortunately, that experience was also enough to unhinge me completely.  It was only after months of total rest that I was able to resume my studies.
