Nor does Lutefisk, the so-called &#8220;chicken of the lake&#8217;.  Lutefisk and Lefsre are therefore ideal candidates for a fast food chain. The rock star Prince is planning to open such a chain, with funding from the Dr. Science website, as a matter of fact.  Prince&#8217;s real name, as you probably know is Olaf Nyquist. The food chain may be called Olaf&#8217;s Fish&#8217;n&#8217;Flakes and will reflect Prince&#8217;s proud Norwegian heritage. Drive up in a red Corvette, party like it&#8217;s 1999 and you&#8217;ll get your first fish free.
