They probably think of you as hideous pathetic mutants. Nature abhors nothing more than a tall woman and a squat man.  Genetic science cries out against it, for their offspring would be tragic misfits, unwanted by either the ecto- or mesomorphs of this world. So, when  you want the straight dope, you can&#8217;t turn to your family or friends.  They&#8217;re too invested in the status quo.  If you want your feelings hurt, turn to science.
